ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Malinda Mims State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional client experiences while helping grow our agency. This is a customer-focused role that combines outstanding service with relationship-building and sales. You'll assist existing customers with their insurance needs while also identifying opportunities to recommend additional coverage and proactively reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance with insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
• Conduct customer-focused conversations to identify needs and educate customers about insurance products and coverage options.
• Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, including some cold calling, to generate new business opportunities and schedule appointments.
• Follow up on leads and referrals while helping grow the agency through thoughtful sales conversations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for helping people while confidently recommending products and solutions.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calls, to build relationships and generate new business.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Able to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
