DJP Group Inc. is seeking capable, driven, motivated Wireless Sales Associates to become an integral part of our growing team! In this role, you will represent top-tier brands in a retail environment, build customer relationships, and drive company revenue through consultative sales.

What You Would Do:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs through effective communication
- Present and explain wireless products, services, and promotions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
- Process new activations, upgrades, and customer orders
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, plans, and technology
- Track sales performance and work toward individual and team goals
- Help manage inventory and ensure displays are organized and stocked
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism

- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality (preferred, not required)
