What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day Tool Room operations, aligning work to company objectives.
• Set up, program, and run CNC machines for a variety of tooling components.
• Produce precision parts to close tolerances and verify quality throughout.
• Engage as an active member of Elimination of Waste Team meetings.
• Champion Lean principles on the floor and identify improvement opportunities.
• Keep equipment and workstations clean and safe.

Must-haves

• Confidence reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance requirements.
• Comfort with computers, calculators, and CNC control interfaces.

Physical realities

• Extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, stooping, and repetitive motions.
• Strong manual dexterity; able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Manufacturing setting with continuous noise exposure.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
