We are currently looking for a part-time Service Representative in greeting card sales and merchandising to service accounts in Kalamazoo and surrounding communities . Service Representative Responsibilities :

The Service Representative plays an integral role in providing excellent customer service in the field to our valued retail customers. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

· Assisting in display installation

· Straightening and stocking displays

· Expanding Avanti Press brands in each store

· Developing strong relationships with retail customers

· Prospecting new business

· Daily administrative duties: order entry, email correspondence etc.

Requirements:

The right candidate would possess the following traits:

· MUST LIVE IN THE TERRITORY

· Have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration

· A friendly & positive attitude with a strong desire to always go the extra mile for internal/external customers

· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work efficiently

· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner

· A great attention to detail

· Have a reliable computer at home

· Have proficient computer skills

· Have schedule flexibility with 2-3 full weekdays available to work

This is an hourly position, paying $16 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Hours are not guaranteed, but this position requires approximately 10-15 hours a week, with some schedule flexibility. Benefits include: Monthly Cell Phone allowance, 401K participation, and Paid vacation accrual with hours worked.
