Collaborative Care: Collaborate with community agencies and juvenile justice resources to provide comprehensive support.
Effective Case Management: Utilize caseload management systems and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to track client progress.
Crisis Support: Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing essential support during challenging times.
What You'll Bring:

Education: Master's level behavioral health professional (counseling, social work, or psychology).
Experience: Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations.
Specialized Knowledge: Previous experience with juvenile justice youth preferred.
Transportation: Adequate transportation for frequent home visits, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Licensure: Proof of registration and licensure within the defined area.
Skills: Strong computer skills, effective written and verbal communication.
Relocation: Ability to relocate to Detroit, MI 48202 before starting work.
