Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing applications, machinery, and processes.
• Analyze customer requirements and design optimal solutions using company products and technologies.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept tests, and technical training for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and production departments to ensure successful project implementation.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of systems on manufacturing floors.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practices guides.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of new products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, industrial automation, or relevant machinery/systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective application solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and customer interaction.
• Proficiency with relevant software, such as CAD/CAM, PLC programming, or industrial control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard CAD/CAM/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, ANSYS).
• Experience with industrial automation technologies such as robotics, PLCs, or vision systems.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, overseeing technical implementations from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with data acquisition, analysis, and visualization tools for manufacturing process optimization.
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages relevant to global manufacturing markets.
