- Lead Management: Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and website inquiries.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments for the showroom and service appointments for the service department.
- Customer Follow-Up: Confirm appointments, reschedule no-shows, and maintain contact with customers.
- Communication: Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with a courteous and professional manner, often using scripts.
- CRM/Database Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, update information, and track leads in the dealership's software.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership offerings.
- Sales Support: Assist sales and service teams by ensuring leads are properly handled and customers are prepared for their visit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and CRM proficiency.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and knack for sales/marketing.
