Mig Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Perform precision MIG welding on fabricated metal parts according to specifications.
• Accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Measure components and maintain tight tolerances throughout the welding process.
• Set up and adjust welding machines to achieve optimal performance and quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Shift Times:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Overtime Requirements: ~55 hours per week, mandatory OT as needed

Mig Welder Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG welding.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Demonstrated ability to measure accurately and work with tight tolerances.
• Strong understanding of welding machine operation and setup.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
• Capable of lifting 25–50+ lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in a loud, industrial, and potentially dirty environment.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
