As an Customer Support Representative - Recruiter, you will partner closely with our recruiting leaders to support the company’s growth by helping identify, attract, and select the most qualified Independent Contractors for our clients. You’ll play a key role in our process by ensuring smooth candidate experiences and assisting in sourcing top talent to meet evolving operational needs. Top tier communication skills are an absolute requirement.

What does an Customer Support Representative - Recruiter do?

• Job Advertising: Create and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Communication: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to coordinate enrollments, follow-ups, and candidate contracting. Elite Level of Customer Service and Support.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary screening calls with applicants to assess candidate compatibility with client needs.
• Onboarding Support (Growth Opportunity): Gain experience in reviewing and approving onboarding documents, ensuring compliance, and accuracy.
• Driver Orientation (Growth Opportunity): Assist in orientating newly contracted drivers on SOP policies and procedures.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with all departments, especially Dispatch, to understand client/location needs and ensure seamless operations.
• Talent Management: Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified drivers to meet operational demands.
• Office Oversight: Support daily office operations, maintain organized records, and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Verify the completion and accuracy of assigned tasks and finished work to ensure quality standards are met.

Shift: Onsite Day Shift Role
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in a High Volume – High Quality Customer Service / Support environment with strong system/software experience required.
• 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced and high call volume environment.
• Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Advanced experience level working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Job Boards, and Job Postings).
• Clear, concise, professional, and effective communication skills. A communications background is a huge plus.
• Superb conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Work successfully independently and in a team environment.
