Job Title: CNC Boring Mill Operator
Location: Lansing, MI Direct Hire | Family-Owned Employer We're hiring experienced CNC Boring Mill Operators for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established, family-owned company right here in Lansing. This is a long- term role with a great employer that values skill, consistency, and taking care of their people. What You'll Do ? Full CNC machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance ? Perform milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations ? Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions ? Write, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code ? Work with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls ? Utilize CAM software (Lemoine preferred, not required) ? Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Available Shifts ? 1st Shift: Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM--3:30 PM Overtime available up to 50 hours per week (Extended schedule may include 6:00 AM--4:30 PM) ? 2nd Shift: Monday--Friday, 3:15 PM--11:45 PM Overtime available up to 50 hours per week (Extended schedule may include 4:15 PM--2:45 AM) Pay ? $25.00--$30.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits & Perks ?
