What We’re Looking For
• A current U.S.–based culinary leader, Exec Chef, CDC, or Exec Sous ready for their next stage
• Hands-on creativity and precision in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and build cohesive, high-performing teams
• Strong business sense: labor, food cost, and P&L accountability
• Natural collaborator with service and beverage teams
• No egos. All energy, passion, and pride.
