Cabinet Assembly
- Build and assemble cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures using various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic.
- Inspect completed items for accuracy, cleanliness, and flaws, ensuring they meet quality standards before installation.
- Fill, sand, and finish assembled units
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials
- Install hardware, such as hinges, handles, drawers, locks, and other accessories
- Measure, mark, and cut parts according to specifications
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in various positions, including standing for long periods.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during assembly and find effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and other drawings to determine the type and dimensions of parts to be constructed
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean and good working condition
- Maintain safety standards
- Ability to use hand tools, and power tools to cut, shape and join materials
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use measuring instruments
- Ability to assemble parts with accuracy
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong focus on precision and quality in craftsmanship.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Capable of following tasks, and instruction sheets, working with little to no supervision, multitasking, and focusing on details • Collaborative, works well with others, exhibits teamwork
• Possess necessary mechanical skills and understanding of how to use tools
• Able to stand, walk, and repeatedly lift for extended periods
• Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment, including always wearing the proper PPE, safely handling materials, tools, and chemicals, and reporting unsafe work conditions or equipment immediately
• Successfully pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screen
