Responsibilities- Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll and other accounting duties as assigned.
- Cashier customers, answer phones, close/balance cash drawer.
- Clerk deals and verify all required state and financial documentation is present.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an accounting or clerical role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $21.00, paid weekly.
