The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for a range of manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction and screening to offer negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including industry-specific platforms, trade schools, and local community networks.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with safety regulations and employment laws relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates for technical, operational, and skilled trades positions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry structures, roles, and talent needs.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes, terminology, and work environments.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or production leadership roles.
• Knowledge of relevant HRIS/ATS platforms commonly used in industrial sectors.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
