• Flu Vaccine Required
• Years of Experience: 2 year(s)
• Charting: Epic
• MUST be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically and CVOR experience
• General department FA coverage (including ortho, vascular, gyn, thoracic, and general surgeries)
• CVOR experience required MUST be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically,
• Certifications Required: BLS
