We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus bonuses based on memberships sold and guest retention - paid out monthly

Below are oureaxample shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday: 6:30am-2:30pm or 2:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm or 1:30pm to 8:30pm

Here's what youll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facilitys towel supply area
