IT Manager/Administrator
- Sets technical direction and IT policy for district staff, teachers, and students across multiple school and administrative buildings.
- Manages Cisco Meraki switching, wireless, firewall, and VPN infrastructure across sites connected by dedicated fiber.
- Administers Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and security services.
- Supports Google services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Admin Console, and Chromebook management.
- Maintains Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Messaging environments.
- Manages VMware virtual infrastructure and HPE SAN storage systems.
- Oversees surveillance, door access, PA, classroom AV, printers and web filtering systems.
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and Tier 2/3 support for staff technology issues.
- Coordinates technology projects and vendor/consultant activities tied to district initiatives and bond-funded work.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation, support procedures, and incident-related records.
- Leads and mentors technical staff while supporting day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
- Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.
- Manages a team of technicians supporting administration and teaching staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Cisco networking environments.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure and wireless technologies.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.
- Experience with Google Workspace / Google Admin and Chromebook administration.
- Experience with Cisco voice systems, VMware, SAN storage, and security-related systems preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP preferred.
