Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Alma, Michigan — earn up to ($1901 - $2001 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

• Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.

• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

• Support a culture of accountability and high performance within the team.

• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.

• Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan, with ER experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and procedures.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team.

• Experience in triaging patients effectively based on urgency.

• Proficient in maintaining accurate patient documentation.

• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.

• Ability to utilize data to improve patient care outcomes.
