Sales Team Specialist

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales department in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships by following up with existing and potential clients.
- Generate new business leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Communicate with clients to schedule sales and design meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and send invoices, build quotes, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Serve as a liaison for clients and support marketing efforts.
- Create and distribute communications to prospects and clients.
- Organize and maintain sales documents using LMN software.
- Communicate with leads and clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails regarding new and ongoing projects.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with leads and clients.
- Schedule and attend appointments to assess property needs and provide solutions.
- Prepare and send both fixed pricing and time/material estimates to clients.
- Schedule accepted estimates and prepare work orders for the team, both physically and electronically.
- Conduct routine site visits to monitor team productivity, ensure quality standards, and confirm client satisfaction.
- Verify work order information for accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to profit goals and help establish business objectives.
- Manage project development from initiation to completion, ensuring projects stay within budget and applying change management processes as needed.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in landscape operations and management.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Working knowledge of standard vehicles, equipment, and shop practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent job planning and organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Valid state driver's license, chauffeur’s license, and DOT certification; must be insurable by the company's agent.
