Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Rochester, MI- Hybrid- 2days/week

Job Description

We are seeking a **Business Systems Analyst to support Infrastructure Services projects across **Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365/O365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center** teams.

The BSA will gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate current processes and systems, develop technical requirements and solution recommendations, and support testing and implementation. The ideal candidate is a **self-starter** with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
* Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Develop technical requirements, process documentation, procedures, and solution designs.
* Support testing, implementation, training, and user support.
* Conduct research and recommend process/system improvements.
* Prepare RFPs and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
* Manage multiple projects and assignments while meeting deadlines.
* Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

* Experience as a **Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst** supporting Infrastructure projects.
* Strong experience with **Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite**.
* Experience with Infrastructure Services projects.
* Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and data analysis skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
* Strong customer-service mindset and ownership of assignments.
