Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including wage structures, incentive plans, and benefits enrollment.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Coordinate and deliver training initiatives focused on safety, compliance, and skills development for the workforce.
• Lead workforce planning and succession initiatives to ensure adequate staffing and talent pipeline for operational needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Strong strategic planning and communication skills, capable of aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly Spanish
• Experience leading HRIS implementation or major system optimization projects
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing safety culture initiatives
