Elite Building Services is hiring a Crew Leader to run job sites, lead a small team, and ensure top-quality results on residential and commercial properties—including high-end homes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew (1–3 team members) on job sites
• Perform hands-on work: pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed

Requirements

• Experience is a must
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and strong work ethic
• Leadership ability (formal or informal)
• Comfortable with ladders and physical outdoor work
• Professional attitude and communication

Schedule varies based on jobs and weather. Company trucks are used during work hours (kept on-site).
