• WHY – develop the skills to thrive as a Certified Technician
• HOW – graduate from Service Technician Apprenticeship program

* WHAT

• Year 1
• Mission: hands-on experience with Certified Technician and achieve 4 ASE certifications
• Timeline: 1 Year
• Year 2
• Mission: apply ‘Year 1’ learnings to kick off a successful career as a Certified Technician and earn additional ASE certifications
• Timeline: 1 Year

• Experience in dealership systems is preferred (training available)
