Position Overview:
Arbor Circle is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Youth Services team. This role provides quality, youth-centered clinical care to young people 10-24 experiencing homelessness, with the goal of helping them achieve safe, sustainable housing and overall well-being.

Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based practices. The Therapist will deliver services including crisis intervention, assessment, therapy, case management, and coordination with community members and landlords for long-term housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of youth
• Provide crisis intervention, assessment, case management, and therapy
• Coordinate with community members and housing providers
• Support youth in building skills for sustainable housing and well-being
• Participate in supervision, training, and continuous learning opportunities

Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• State license required (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC, etc.)
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Knowledge of the at-risk youth population and the dynamics of youth homelessness
• Experience with public speaking and/or group facilitation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop materials for external distribution
