Lawn Care Technician
- Ability to operate equipment such as commercial mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws
- Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming/edging around flower beds, walks, or walls
- Assist Maintenance team
- Clean sites, clean gutters, trim trees, power wash surfaces
- Ability to shovel snow and/or clear ice from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas during snow season.
- Ability to work outdoors in temperatures
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- 1-3 years' experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, groundskeeping and snow removal required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to lift and carry 50 lbs., and walk/stand/bend for periods of time
- A background check is required for all employees
