Maintenance Tech IV - Welder
Overview
We are looking for a capable, prompt, and disciplined welder for our facility. This person would be responsible for any and all welding and mechanic projects such as fabrication and maintenance throughout our facility.Skill Requirements:
- Must be capable of fabricating 4?x 4? steel box 1/4? thick utilizing MIG and welder in position.
- Ability to read & use tape measure.
Test Requirements:
- Must be able to listen & follow directions.
- Fabricate 4"x4" steel box " thick utilizing MIG and welder in position. It must be square and watertight.
- Must possess all tools on Tech Position Welder IV tool list
Tool List Requirements:
- Tape measure.
- Combination square.
- 2' Level.
- 2' Square.
- Torpedo Level.
- All tools included in Tech Position Welder IV tool list.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any welding certifications.
- Mechanic experience.
- Pipe-fitting experience.
Schedule:
- March-August: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm
- September-February: TBD. May participate in the Pitman schedule of 12-hour days, every 2 or 3 days off; or Mon-Fri.
