We’re looking for dedicated Caregivers / Home Health Aides to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering exceptional home care services.

About the Role

As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in Westland, Garden City, Trenton, Detroit, and nearby areas. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort, and fostering a safe and supportive environment. If you have a caring heart, reliable transportation, and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans and needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of caregiving or home health aide experience.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients in Westland, Garden City, Trenton, Detroit, and surrounding areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check (conducted annually).
