Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and customer requirements.
• Monitor key quality metrics, analyze data, and report on product and process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including FMEAs, control plans, and PPAP submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain) to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier quality, including supplier audits, non-conformance resolution, and performance monitoring.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated expertise in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on product quality.
• Ability to apply statistical methods for data analysis, process control, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with specific industry regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, AS9100, IATF 16949)
