Our post-acute care clinicians receive best-in-class orientation and training, a dedicated EHR system with access to ongoing clinical education. This opportunity offers the following:- Flexible 2 day per week rounding schedule

If you are interested, we ask that you be board certified in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead. We are also open to Canadian applicants that have an active MI state license.

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $104,000 to $124,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
