Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians.
• Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met.
• Monitor product quality and adherence to manufacturing specifications.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment and procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Manage the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and meeting output targets.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification or demonstrable experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software.
• Experience overseeing automated assembly equipment or robotics.
• Formal training or experience in mentoring and team development.
