```Duties```- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system- Schedule appointments and manage calendars- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
```Qualifications```- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of chiropractic, dental or medical office procedures is a plus
This position requires a professional and courteous individual who can effectively handle various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
