Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the quality inspection team, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, review, and update quality control procedures, work instructions, and control plans.
• Conduct training for production and quality personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and core quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop quality inspection teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications, along with practical experience using various measurement equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process control and improvement.
• Experience with advanced quality planning methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
