Position Summary

As an Equipment Mechanic (Level 1) , you’ll play a key role in keeping our resort operations running smoothly year-round. From golf course mowers and snowmobiles to grooming equipment and utility vehicles, your hands-on work helps us deliver the high-quality experiences our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment used for golf, ski, and grounds operations (mowers, tractors, UTVs, snowmobiles, and groomers).
• Conduct regular inspections and complete preventive maintenance tasks (oil changes, greasing, blade sharpening, etc.).
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Keep the maintenance area clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Monitor and help manage inventory of parts and supplies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in the golf or ski industry is helpful but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills:
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow technical knowledge

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Must be able to lift and carry 50–100 lbs occasionally for tasks such as moving equipment, parts, or tools.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and varying shifts.
