Location : Brighton, MI.
Shifts/Pay Rate:
- 1st Shift: $16.65 per hour (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- 2nd Shift: $16.85 per hour (4:30 PM – 12:30 AM) ($0.20 shift premium included)
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our Brighton, MI facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to establish a long-term position with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily production activities including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection
- Operate basic equipment and tools as needed (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols
- Support machine operators with materials and finished goods
- Track and report production output and any issues to supervisors
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily goals
- Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Must be looking for a long-term opportunity
