Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding and adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, LOTO) and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification or experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or advanced industrial automation systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or extensive experience managing capital improvement projects.
• Experience with energy management systems, utility optimization, or sustainability initiatives.
• Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, GMP, food safety standards).
