Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and workplace inspections.
• Manage and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Investigate all EHS incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, air emissions, and wastewater discharge.
• Lead and participate in internal and external EHS audits and management review meetings.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional EHS certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive EHS management systems and programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification
• Experience with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems
