2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience (leadership preferred)
Valid chauffeurs license with clean driving and criminal record
Professional English communication (Spanish a plus)
Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and communication
Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs Responsibilities
Lead daily crew operations and track time
Perform and supervise lawn care tasks (mowing, trimming, clean-up)
Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment
Train crew on safety, quality, and procedures Key Attributes
