Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring alignment with production schedules and inventory.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications, lead times, pricing, and order status.

• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and quality control departments to fulfill orders and address customer concerns.

• Facilitate product returns, exchanges, or warranty claims in accordance with company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and clear demeanor.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, ERP systems, and order management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail for accurate order processing and issue resolution.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products.
