Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee operational budgets, cost reduction strategies, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics for efficient material flow.
• Drive process optimization and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production planning and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
