About the role

We're in search of a Pest Control Technician to join the Reckitt team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. You'll contribute to the growth of our trusted product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities

  • Collaborates with contracted pest control company to own the ZSC Pest Control Program and improve results
  • Conducts pest control inspections of all ZSC onsite locations and other facilities (warehouses, etc.) as needed along with contracted pest control service providers
  • Evaluates data to review and present trends and drives recommended appropriate corrective and/or preventive actions
  • Interfaces with 3rd part pest control service providers to ensure ZSC remains in state of control relative to pest activity
  • Researches new techniques, products, and technologies within the pest control arena/industry
  • Coordinates with contracted pest control company to maintain trap maps and manage effective trap locations
  • Provides training in areas of expertise as required
  • Maintains documentation for audit readiness and organization
  • Works cross functionally with maintenance, quality, production/packaging, etc. to remediate pest issues and improve results
  • Creates and tracks WO submissions for pest improvement
  • Documents and maintains licenses from contracted pest control service providers
  • Assists contracted pest control company with root cause analysis of pest issues
  • Hosts weekly touchpoint with contracted pest control and is 1st point of contact
  • Schedules and guides through 2x per year detailed pest biologist inspection
  • Completes GMP audits
  • Ensures all local pest programs are compliant with global pre-requisite programs

The experience we're looking for

  • Prior pest control experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • High level of organization
  • Experience in food manufacturing environment
  • This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

US salary ranges

USD $49,000.00 - $73,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
