Psych Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant to join our team on a contractual, part-time basis to provide psychiatric medication management services. This position offers a 60/40 revenue split (you receive 60%) and the opportunity to build a flexible caseload that can grow into a full-time role over time. Care will be provided to clients across the lifespan, including children, teens, and adults. Key Responsibilities: * Perform initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed * Collaborate with in-house therapists and staff for integrative care * Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to practice policies and professional standards * Attend periodic team meetings and case reviews Qualifications: * Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric specialization * Active and unrestricted license in [Insert State] * Active DEA registration * Experience providing psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults * Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working independently within a collaborative setting * Must carry individual professional liability insurance Contract Details: * Compensation: 60% of collected revenue per session (practice retains 40%) * Caseload: Start part-time with ability to increase hours/caseload to full-time * Scheduling: Flexible, with autonomy to set your own hours * Support Provided: * Credentialing support * Billing services * EHR access * Referrals from in-house therapy team * Scheduling & phone services
