About the Position
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Demonstrates strong clinical knowledge, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Serves as a clinical resource and role model through leadership and teamwork.
- Maintains effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Utilizes time management and teamwork skills to support overall unit performance and patient care.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg RN experience required. Candidates must have dedicated Med-Surg experience only — no float pool, SDU, Telemetry, or mixed-unit background.
- Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center is required.
Certification Requirements
- BLS (AHA)
