Position Overview: We’re seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist with a solid background in printing. This role supports our Sales and Operations teams by processing customer orders and managing scanning activities for both small and large format documents. You’ll be the face of ARC—delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations from order intake to document imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage and process print requests and work orders
• Collaborate on new initiatives and programs
• Enter orders and invoices using ARC’s Salespad software
• Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records
• Operate scanning equipment and manage document workflows
• Ensure quality and compliance with standards and specifications
• Support pick-up and drop-off logistics

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Self-starter with minimal supervision required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and document imaging software
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
