BDC Representative

In this role, you will be the link between Ford vehicle owners and repairs on their vehicles for Safety Recalls. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the Safety concerns with their vehicles and offer Remote Service Repair options for their issue. You will be responsible to research customer information and make personal connections with customers via telephone and email. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training programs with the support of Ford Motor Company. Service Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualified customers
• Connect new customers with appropriate service team member
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Direct customers when asked to recall information resources, including those available online
• Log all activity in a CRM
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Service Business Development Representative Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
