Duties

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests
• Clear tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area at all times
• Support food handling and preparation tasks under the supervision of kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety standards
• Bus tables, reset for new guests, and ensure proper disposal of waste to uphold hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Kitchen or culinary experience, including banquet or hotel service, is advantageous
• Must demonstrate excellent teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction
