Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance throughput.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards related to warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
• Monitor and manage warehouse budget, including labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with experience in training and developing warehouse staff.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• - Experience with automated warehouse systems (e.g., AS/RS, robotics)
• - Strong understanding of supply chain optimization software
• - Proficiency in data analytics and predictive modeling for inventory management
• - Experience implementing and managing warehouse safety programs
