Jim Riehl's Friendly Ford of Charlevoix is the fastest growing Ford dealer in Northern Michigan and we attribute that success to focusing on the service department and giving great customer service. Due to the fact that our service department has nearly doubled in business in just under 2 years of Friendly taking over we are looking for an entry level mechanic/ technician someone we can grow into our business and give a real opportunity to learn, get trained, and advance in our business. Friendly looks for people who are hard working, self-motivated w/ some certifications, training, and licenses. We are family owned and operated looking to grow and expand our business in the sales, service, and body shop departments. We are growing our service department in both mobile service business and commercial vehicle business w/ Ford, and putting our customer's first. We offer paid holiday pay, up to 3 weeks paid vacation, full healthcare w/ dental, vision, AFLAC, flex spending options and a 401k w/ a match. We offer a retention bonus based on time with the company, we pay for the amount of hours spent to complete training along with any travel and lodging expenses needed for training. We have newer equipment and are in the process of buying more equipment to meet commercial vehicle standards and update our shop. We have great hours open until 5 pm 5 days a week and no Saturday's.
