Client Retention & Sales Associate Landscaping

As a Client Retention & Sales Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving business growth. Responsibilities
- Retain and nurture existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase client spend.
- Manage contracts and oversee project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct efficiency reviews and meet with clients to discuss ideas, design concepts, services, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop and draw landscape plans as needed to support client projects.
- Estimate costs for landscape services and projects, prepare final proposals, and perform job costing.
- Deliver sales presentations to clients to secure new projects and services.
- Respond promptly to client questions, complaints, and service-related inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
- Visit construction sites to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Collaborate daily with the Landscape Installation Production Manager to review progress, resolve conflicts, and coordinate team efforts.
- Follow up with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance on care and maintenance of new landscapes.
- Engage with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors through satisfaction surveys, meetings, and regular communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in client retention, sales, or account management, preferably within the landscape or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project estimation, proposal development, and job costing.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for contract and project management.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and project challenges.
- Ability to interpret and develop landscape plans is a plus.
