Accountant

Eng. is looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional who is experienced in handling all financial and administrative aspects of the business for the efficient operation of the company that will continue to drive the company’s profitability and long-term success.

Primary duties include:

· Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and providing recommendations to the leadership team

· Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position

· Oversee the company’s financial operating system

· Manage cash flow and provide forecasting on a weekly basis

· Review employee timesheets and expense reports on a weekly basis and process corporate payroll on a bi-weekly basis

· Coordinate with subconsultants to process invoices and billings and generate checks on a weekly basis

· Process billings on a monthly basis and ensure that contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.

· Oversee all audit and internal control operations

· Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

· Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to the leadership team

· Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

· 5 years related experience.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· 7 years related experience.

· CPA

· Able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

· Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels of the organization

· Leadership skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
