Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical failures in production machinery and control systems.
• Program, maintain, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems for automated processes.
• Ensure all electrical installations, modifications, and repairs comply with safety standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
• Lead electrical improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of operations.
• Provide expert technical support and training to maintenance technicians and production staff.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and preventative maintenance procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial control systems and power distribution.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and relevant codes (e.g., NEC).
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including automation and process improvement projects.
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using CAD software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with robotics integration and programming.
